For Riley Ott, the perception she had about Division I college basketball prior to her first game changed dramatically after she took the court for Purdue Fort Wayne.

“I knew it was going to be different, the pace and the strength, but I never expected it to be as different,” Ott said. “It was more different than I expected it to be because the girls in the conference we played were huge and so strong. I did not expect that, even from the guard position. It was definitely a drastic difference from high school.”
