INDIANAPOLIS — A La Porte Community School Corp. Board member recently had the opportunity to learn more about some legislation working its way through the Indiana General Assembly, and it could impact education.

LPCSC Board member Jim Arnold attended the second annual Indiana School Board Association State House Day, which took place Feb. 11 at the Indianapolis Downtown Marriott Hotel. The half-day seminar helped the legislative liaisons of school boards better understand the ISBA’s 2020 legislative priorities.
